I'm **Ismail Ghallou**, also known as **Smakosh** — a self-taught designer and developer, originally from Morocco and residing in Lund, Sweden at the moment.

## What I do

I design and build digital products — from one-off side projects to client work for startups. I care deeply about the craft: thoughtful interfaces, performant code, and shipping things that actually solve a problem.

I've worked across the full stack but lean toward the frontend, where design and engineering meet.

## Outside of work

When I'm not coding or designing, I'm reading books and manga, [playing video games](https://rawg.io/@smakosh/games), or [watching anime](https://anilist.co/user/smakosh/animelist). Lately I started hitting the gym to build some strength, burn calories — and I'm enjoying it so far.
